As the Duty Manager, you will be the face of operational excellence, ensuring every guest enjoys outstanding service throughout their stay. You will lead by example, support multiple departments, and create an environment where both guests and team members feel valued.
Champion exceptional guest experiences from arrival through departure.
Lead daily resort operations to ensure seamless service delivery across all guest-facing departments.
Personally engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and create memorable moments.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, and service recovery situations.
Inspire, coach, and mentor team members to consistently exceed guest expectations.
Conduct daily operational briefings and ensure effective communication between departments.
Monitor service standards, cleanliness, presentation, and operational excellence throughout the resort.
Collaborate with departmental leaders to continuously improve guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace health and safety standards, and resort procedures.
Prepare operational reports and contribute ideas that enhance the overall guest experience.
Proven leadership experience in a resort, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests from diverse cultures.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities.
A positive, energetic, and hands-on management style.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with hotel property management systems is an advantage.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
