Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to maintain high performance and morale
Design and implement creative, menus aligned with brand standards
Oversee all food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
Manage food cost, budgeting, and inventory control
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Build strong relationships with suppliers and manage procurement
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
