We are looking for an energetic and reliable Activities Guide - (Water & Land) to join our team and lead a variety of water-based guest activities.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being in the ocean, working with people from all over the world, and delivering fun, safe and memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and assist with daily water activities such as but not limited to:
Snorkeling trips
Manta ray excursions
Kayaking and paddle boarding
Ensure all activities are conducted safely and professionally
Provide basic snorkeling guidance and equipment assistance to guests
Maintain and care for all activity equipment
Assist guests with bookings and activity information
Support marine conservation messaging and reef protection practices
