Summary of Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities:
Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed within the standard timeframes between designated locations.
Verify manifests against physical items to ensure accuracy prior to delivery.
Plan delivery routes efficiently and sort packages according to the designated drop-off order.
Ensure accurate and complete details are recorded on the Proof of Delivery manifest.
Check and verify all morning off-load items against the Long Way list provided by the office.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork and delivery records.
Ensure air freight, sea freight, and surface cargo are correctly sorted, closed, and dispatched according to their destinations, with destination Mail/Parcel Tags displayed clearly and accurately.
Assist with the safe and efficient loading of line-haul trucks.
