The position is responsible for providing safe, efficient and professional driving services for the Ministry of National Planning Development and Statistics
Key Responsibilities
The position will achieve its purpose through the following key duties:
1. Provide general administration support to the Ministry, including (but not limited to) telephone calls, reception, preparation of documents, photocopying and filing.
2. Provide transport services to staff, pickup and delivery of supplies, and equipment, delivery of correspondence and relieving duties for the Driver to the Permanent Secretary when the need arises.
3. Records maintained for the vehicle in accordance with Public service policy and procedures including the filling in of vehicle log books.
4. Allocated vehicle/s, maintained, ensuring they are clean and serviceable at all times.
