Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Group-wide maintenance and asset management strategy.
Establish frameworks, technical standards and operating procedures to ensure consistency across all properties
Align maintenance strategy with broader business growth and operational priorities
Operational Oversight & Asset Performance:
Provide executive oversight of preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance programs
Ensure optimal performance and reliability of critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection systems, lifts, generators and related infrastructure
Implement performance monitoring systems and measurable KPIs to enhance service delivery
