We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer. You’ll also assist with billing, collections, and reporting for both domestic and international clients.   Key Responsibilities: Generate invoices and client account statements Reconciliation of all revenue collected and outstanding amounts for billing or collection. Record and track all payments (online, Mpaisa, cheques) Maintain and update accounts receivable files Reconcile and update client accounts Follow up on outstanding payments via email, phone, or visits Share Statements of Account (SOA) with clients Prepare aged debtors reports and assist with month-end close Submit weekly collection forecasts Support international billing tasks as needed Identify and correct billing data errors Help prepare daily cash flow reports Perform general office tasks as required Request for supplier statements to process invoices and payments in a timely...
