BACKGROUND The Finance Associate position is part of the Finance Team at the Oceania Regional Office (ORO) and supports the delivery of financial management services to programmes and projects across the region. The role contributes to ensuring accurate financial processing, compliance with IUCN financial policies, and efficient financial support to programme implementation. The incumbent will support day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, staff expense processing, reconciliations, financial record management, and ERP system updates. Given the operational nature of this role, familiarity with national financial regulations and accounting practices in Fiji, including those of the Fiji Institute of Accountants, would be advantageous.
