Structural Supervisor – Suva, Fiji About the Role Reporting to the Project Manager, the Structural Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating structural construction activities on McConnell Dowell's major infrastructure project in Suva, Fiji. This is a fixed-term contract through until August 2027, offering the opportunity to play a key leadership role in the successful delivery of a landmark project. You will be responsible for ensuring structural works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to the highest quality standards while fostering a positive and high-performing team culture.
