Multiple Vacancies – HR Officer, OHS Officer, Drivers & Heavy Machinery Operators

China Railway First Group Fiji Co., Ltd. (CRFG) is currently recruiting for multiple positions for the Veikoba Residential Subdivision Project.

We are seeking suitably qualified, experienced and motivated candidates for the following positions:

Positions Available:

• HR Officer – 1 position
• OHS Officer – 1 position
• Truck Drivers – 4 positions
• Digger Operators – 3 positions
• Excavator Operators – 4 positions
• Loader Operators – 3 positions

Key Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications, experience and/or licences applicable to the position.
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or civil works industry.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Valid and appropriate licences for driving and machinery operation positions.
• Ability to work responsibly and efficiently in a project environment.
• Candidates must be reliable, punctual and willing to follow company policies and site procedures.

Additional Requirements by Position:

HR Officer

• Experience in HR administration and employee records.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of employment procedures and general HR practices.

OHS Officer

• Relevant OHS/Health & Safety qualification or experience.
• Experience in construction or civil works safety.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, maintain safety records and promote safe work practices.

Truck Drivers

• Valid heavy vehicle driving licence.
• Previous experience operating trucks in construction/civil works.
• Good knowledge of safe driving and vehicle safety procedures.

Digger/Excavator/Loader Operators

• Valid machinery/operator licence or relevant certification.
• Proven experience operating heavy machinery.
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently on a construction site.
• Good understanding of daily machinery checks and safe operating procedures.

Location: Veikoba Residential Subdivision Project Site
