About the Role: We're looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Agent to join our team in Fiji.
The key focus of this role is customer service taking care of customers and drivers' enquiries, booking creation, amendments, cancellations and customer's complaints. An excellent customer service skill is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard new drivers, ensuring all documentation and system requirements are completed accurately
Follow up with drivers to support onboarding and help meet recruitment targets
Handle booking requests
