Purpose of the Role:
The Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial health through effective financial planning, analysis, and performance monitoring of Strategic Business Units (SBUs). The role provides financial insights through monthly performance analysis, variance reporting, and budget forecasting to support informed business decisions. It plays a key role in ensuring robust investment oversight, cost management, and financial compliance aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Key accountabilities:
SBU Performance monitoring
Monitor and analyse monthly SBU financial and operational performance.
Prepare monthly management reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
Analyse SBU performance with ratio, profitability analysis, trend analysis, key drivers’ analysis, and identify risk areas impacting SBU performance.
