POSITION SUMMARY The Expressive arts teacher is responsible for planning, organising and implementing an appropriate program at TLC that guides The Primary School and is responsible for creating a welcoming learning environment where children are actively engaged and encouraged to succeed. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop a love for music through theory, singing, and instrumental performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Plan, deliver and implement teaching and engaging programs as per the school curriculum.
Encourage creativity and self-expression through classroom and performance activities.
Assess, evaluate, and report on students learning outcomes and prepare intervention plans where necessary.
Implement effective classroom management to uphold the school’s virtuous program and behaviour policy.
Organise and supervise extracurricular activities such as social activities.
