The University of Fiji seeks an energetic and dynamic individual to join the Office of the Registrar as a Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will report to the Registrar and will be responsible for the efficient running and management of the affairs for the Office of the Registrar. The successful candidate will be based at the Saweni Campus but may be required to work from other university sites and campuses when required.
Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls, provide pertinent information to the caller, and transfer the call to the appropriate source if requested;
Maintain proper records of all incoming and outgoing calls;
Manage and respond appropriately to customer queries from Live Chat;
Relay voicemails and other messages to the proper location within the School or University;
Collect and verify University directory information, including telephone numbers, addresses, and maintain regular updates of the Directory;
