Carpenter - Island Based

Do you take pride in precision workmanship, repairs, and creating quality structures? We are looking for a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our dynamic Maintenance Team in delivering outstanding standards across our resort facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry repairs and maintenance

• Construct, install, and repair furniture, doors, windows, decking, roofing, and wooden structures

• Assist with renovation and improvement projects around the resort

• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to high quality standards

• Maintain tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

• Support the Maintenance Department with daily operational needs

Requirements:

• Previous carpentry experience in construction, maintenance, or hospitality environment

• Ability to read measurements and use carpentry tools correctly

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Physically fit and capable of handling manual work

• Able to work independently and within a team

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic

• Willing to work island-based roster and flexible hours
