What you bring:
Minimum 5 years of laundry experience in luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality, including leadership experience
Implementing and maintaining quality control procedures
Preparing budgets and monitoring expenditures
Proven ability to coach, mentor and develop high-performing teams
Excellent written and spoken English, with a warm and discreet communication style
Understanding various fabric-care methods and operating laundry equipment
