Accessible by helicopter, seaplane or fast catamaran, the resort offers a unique opportunity to work in one of Fiji's most renowned destinations.

We are currently seeking passionate, dynamic, energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our team in the following role:

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• A minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant experience in a similar role within a resort environment.
• Holds a relevant qualification from a recognised tertiary institution.
• Demonstrates a proactive “can-do” attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to achieving high standards.
• Physically fit, well-groomed, and able to meet the physical demands of the role.
• Possesses a pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service focus.
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to demonstrate initiative, sound judgment, and a results-driven approach.
• Able to adapt to the unique demands of living and working in a remote island resort environment.
