About the role
Core Logistics is seeking a highly motivated Customs Compiler to join our Customs team in Lautoka. This role is essential in ensuring smooth import and export operations by preparing accurate customs documentation, maintaining compliance with regulatory bodies, and supporting customers through the full clearance process.
Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:
- Manage import and export documentation
- Coordinate full customs clearance processes
- Monitor and follow up on all shipment movements
- Support operational logistics
- Prepare and process financial documentation
- Handle export and transshipment documentation
- Ensure safety and regulatory compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service
Ideal Candidate:
- Diploma in Customs, Business or a related field
- Licensed / Authorised Customs Clerk
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in customs clearance or shipping documentation
- Strong ASYCUDA World knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
