Kokomo Private Island Fiji is seeking for an experienced Steward based at Kokomo Private Island, Kadavu.
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Steward to join our dynamic resort team. The Steward plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and organization in our kitchens and service areas, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and service areas.
- Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Assist chefs and service staff with kitchen operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Support smooth daily operations with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or stewarding preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid Driving Licence is desirable.
