· Act as the first point of contact for clients seeking AOD assessment, counselling, case management and recovery support services.
· Coordinate referrals from Ministry of Health and Medical Services, hospitals, Fiji Police Force, Corrections Service, courts, NGOs and community organizations.
· Maintain client intake, consent, screening, and referral documentation in accordance with confidentiality requirements.
· Schedule appointments, group programs, outreach visits, and community awareness activities.
· Support data collection and reporting for donors, Ministry and Salvation Army reporting requirements.
· Maintain client attendance records and assist in preparation of treatment participation reports.
· Support community education and awareness initiatives relating to alcohol, methamphetamine, cannabis, kava misuse, prescription medication misuse and other substance-related harms in Fiji.
· Assist coordination of outreach services to urban, rural and maritime communities where required.
· Support culturally safe engagement with iTaukei, Indo-Fijian and other communities.
· Participate in continuous quality improvement, accreditation, and service development activities.
· Experience in administration or reception services
· Strong Microsoft 365 skills
· Understanding of confidentiality and professional boundaries
· Ability to work within a multidisciplinary AOD service environment
