Epic Transfers & Tours (Fiji) Pte Ltd is expanding its team and is seeking experienced, motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our operations.

We currently have vacancies at our Nadi Base and Novotel Lami Bay, Suva.

 📍NOVOTEL LAMI BAY – SUVA

Transport Officer – Suva

We are seeking an experienced Transport Officer to coordinate transport operations from our Novotel Lami Bay base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily airport, hotel and tour transfers.
• Allocate drivers and vehicles according to bookings.
• Monitor transport movements and ensure timely pickups.
• Communicate with drivers, hotel staff and guests.
• Monitor flight information and adjust transport arrangements where required.
• Maintain daily manifests and transport schedules.
• Handle last-minute booking changes and operational issues.
• Ensure drivers are properly briefed on guest and transfer requirements.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and transport operations.
• Report operational issues to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in transport operations, tourism, hospitality or logistics.
• Good knowledge of Suva, Lami and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple bookings and drivers simultaneously.
• Good computer and administrative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be flexible to work weekends, early mornings, evenings and public holidays.
• Valid driver's licence will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in a hotel or transport company will be an advantage.
