Epic Transfers & Tours (Fiji) Pte Ltd is expanding its team and is seeking experienced, motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our operations.

We currently have vacancies at our Nadi Base and Novotel Lami Bay, Suva.

📍 Nadi Base

Transport Officer

We are looking for an experienced Transport Officer to coordinate our daily transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily driver and vehicle allocations.
• Monitor airport, hotel and tour transfers.
• Communicate with drivers and clients throughout the day.
• Ensure all scheduled transfers are covered and operating on time.
• Monitor flight arrivals and departures.
• Assist with last-minute bookings, changes and operational requirements.
• Maintain daily transport schedules and manifests.
• Ensure vehicles and drivers meet company and client standards.
• Escalate operational issues and assist with resolving guest concerns.
• Ensure smooth communication between Reservations, Drivers and Management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in transport, tourism, logistics or operations.
• Strong knowledge of Nadi, Denarau and surrounding areas.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
• Good computer and administration skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• A valid driver's licence will be an advantage.
• Experience coordinating drivers or fleet operations will be an advantage.
