Epic Transfers & Tours (Fiji) Pte Ltd is expanding its team and is seeking experienced, motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our operations.

We currently have vacancies at our Nadi Base and Novotel Lami Bay, Suva.

📍 Nadi Base

Accounts Clerk

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Clerk to assist with our day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process invoices and receipts.
• Enter and maintain financial transactions accurately.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Follow up outstanding customer accounts and payments.
• Reconcile payments and transactions.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents.
• Assist with payroll and other administrative accounting duties.
• Assist with monthly reporting and other accounting requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
• Accounting qualification or relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Xero will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
