We currently have vacancies at our Nadi Base and Novotel Lami Bay, Suva.

📍 Nadi Base

Reservations Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Reservations Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer and travel agent enquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp.
• Make and manage transfer and tour bookings.
• Provide accurate quotations and booking confirmations.
• Coordinate with drivers, hotels and tour suppliers.
• Monitor flight details and update bookings where required.
• Maintain accurate booking records and customer information.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest enquiries professionally.
• Follow up on enquiries and assist with converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in reservations, travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience with booking systems or reservation platforms will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional telephone and email communication.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
