Key Responsibilities:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred
• Must be familiar and confident with live cooking
• Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen hygiene
• Ability to work effectively in a busy kitchen environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Requirements:

• Previous hotel/resort kitchen experience is preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and during busy periods
• Have flexibility with working hours, work under pressure and is a team player.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
• Must have a clean police record.
