Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance throughout the resort.
• Attend to maintenance requests from all departments promptly.
• Assist with plumbing, carpentry, painting and general building repairs.
• Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance defects.
• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel/resort maintenance experience is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of general repairs and maintenance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Have flexibility with working hours, work under pressure and is a team player.
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised.
• Must have a clean police record.
