Goolma Ltd which operates Paradise Cove Resort, Blue Lagoon Beach Resort & Octopus Resort is seeking applications from a range of qualified and experienced professional candidates for the following position based at Octopus Resort:
Senior Spa Therapist (Octopus Resort)
The Spa Supervisor will work alongside the resort Managers to be responsible for the overall leadership and day-to-day management of the Spa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strong team performance, sound financial management, and effective retail operations, in line with resort standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with all aspects of Spa operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
• Drive retail sales of Spa products and manage stock control
• Lead, mentor, and support the Spa team, assisting with workload as required
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction
Key Requirements
• 2 – 3 years' proven experience in a senior Spa leadership role (Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager, or Senior Spa Therapist with supervisory experience)
• Sound knowledge of Spa operations, treatment protocols, and service standards
• Demonstrated ability to manage Spa budgets, control costs, and drive revenue
• Experience with retailing Spa products and achieving retail sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to roll up sleeves and assist the team with workload during peak periods
• Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to recruit, train, roster, and motivate Spa team members
• Willingness to live in resort-provided accommodation
This is an on-site live-in role with shared accommodation.
