Core Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Brand Rollout
- Assist in rolling out strategic marketing campaigns.
- Support the production of print collateral, including leaflets, flyers, and posters.
- Coordinate outdoor advertising and reseller branding activities, including monthly reseller branding initiatives.
Roadshow & Thematic Event Support
- Coordinate on ground setup and logistics for regional roadshows, store openings, and community activations.
- Support visual merchandising and thematic commercial campaigns.
- Deliver engaging and impactful brand experiences.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Oversee marketing purchases and expense management.
- Obtain vendor quotations and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Receipt and reconcile POs and petty cash transactions.
- Manage shipment clearances and vendor onboarding.
- Ensure cost efficiency and timely vendor payments.
CSR & Sponsorship Coordination
- Manage the execution of CSR and sponsorship activities.
- Ensure strong and visible brand presence at sponsored events.
- Process monthly in-kind support requests.
- Coordinate PR activities and social media content to highlight community impact.
Team Collaboration & Compliance
- Contribute to team engagement initiatives, including support for eNPS activities.
- Comply with Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) guidelines.
- Promptly report incidents and safety concerns.
- Support professional development through participation in campaign execution and cross-functional initiatives.
Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing campaign execution, brand management, retail merchandising, or corporate communications.
- Proven ability to manage procurement and administrative processes, including vendor quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), and vendor reconciliations.
- Basic experience in social media content support and public relations (PR) coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to work.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced commercial environment.
- Valid Group 2 manual driver's license with practical manual driving experience.
- Ability to travel and support roadshows, store visits, community activations, and field logistics as required.
