Counter Sales Representative- Lami

Oceania Gas is the leading manufacturer of industrial, medical, and food-grade gases in the South Pacific. We are the authorized distributor of BOC gases, industrial safety products, and welding equipment throughout the region. We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative Lami.

Key Responsibilities

·        Process customer orders accurately and efficiently on SAP & TrackAbout Software.

·        Handle counter sales, customer enquiries, quotations and cash transactions professionally.

·        Ensure showroom presentation, shelves, displays and stock arrangement are maintained at all times.

·        Verify inventory levels and ensure stock availability is organized and controlled.

·        Manage stock movements, credit notes and inventory transfers accurately.

·        Ensure daily banking and COD reconciliations are completed with no discrepancies.

·        Monitor open sales orders, back-orders and pending customer deliveries.

·        Maintain accountability and responsibility for all branch operational duties assigned.

·        Support branch operations and ensure all tasks are completed within required timeframes.

·        Maintain strong customer service standards and professional communication.

·        Assist with showroom cleanliness, safety and overall branch presentation.

·        Ensure compliance with Oceania Gas operational procedures and policies.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

·        Minimum 1–2 years experience in retail sales or customer service.

·        Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock handling and documentation.

·        Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

·        Good communication and teamwork skills.

·        Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn SAP & TrackAbout systems.

·        Must have clean police clearance record.

·        Must hold a clean Group 2 driving licence added advantage.
