WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - Suva

Role Description:

C.J. Patel (Pacific) Limited, Fiji’s leading distributor of locally manufactured and imported Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), is seeking a dynamic, resourceful and performance-driven individual to join our Warehouse & Logistics Team based at our Main Distribution Centre, Lami, Fiji.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse/logistics professional to contribute to the efficient movement and distribution of FMCG products to customers across Fiji.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support daily warehouse, distribution and dispatch operations.
• Ensure accurate receipting, storage, picking, loading and dispatch of stock.
• Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy and stock control.
• Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational and business targets.
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health & Safety requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate and support physical stocktakes and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure customer deliveries are completed accurately, on time and in line with business requirements.
• Liaise effectively with customers, suppliers and transport providers.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process and operational improvements.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in warehouse, logistics or distribution operations, preferably in an FMCG environment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• Sound knowledge of warehouse management procedures, inventory control and distribution practices.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
