Accounts Executive

As a successful candidate, you report to the Finance & Corporate Services Manager and will play a key role in managing day-to-day financial operations, reporting, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions

• Maintain creditors reconciliation with respective statements and liaise with creditors as required

• Ensure timely bank transactions and reconciliations

• Comply with financial policies and regulations

Requirements

• School Leaving Certificate with commerce as a subject

• No experience required - Company will provide training

• Demonstrated intermediate software skills in Word and Excel

• Graduation from FNU or USP is an advantage

• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
