These fantastic opportunities are available and if you have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced telecommunication industry and meet the desired requirements; then we would like to hear from you! We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual as a Key Accounts Manager to be based at our Nadi Office.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Drive new revenue for post-paid through new client acquisitions and development of existing customer base to achieve personal sales targets.
  • Implementing strategic corporate sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Ensure client expectations are met through delivering Post-paid services as per contract.
  • End to end client management for new and existing clients and building strong client relationships to ultimately meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Proactively visiting all assigned GSM customers and obtaining regular feedback regarding the services we provide and providing recommendations to the business for improvements.
  • Ensure accurate data entered in Salesforce for all clients’ contracts including new sales, add-ons and upgraded revenue.
  • Ensure that daily, weekly & monthly sales reporting is accurate, collated and forwarded to your reporting manager.
  • Work with the Corporate Sales Manager to ensure timely submission of Tender & proposals for all New Sales.
  • Maintain thorough and up to date knowledge on Digicel post-paid products.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

  • A tertiary qualification in business, sales or marketing is preferred but not essential;
  • Minimum 3+ years Sales and Customer Service experience.
  • Prior experience in client account management is essential.
  • Hands on experience managing VIP clients.
  • Proven experience in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand customer objections and mitigate with strategies.
  • Possess sound understanding of global industry trends to be able to provide customers with a better understanding of Digicel products and solutions.
  • Ability to work constructively within a team environment, as well as working autonomously.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative.
  • Great communication, organization and problem solving skills.
  • An eye for attention to detail.
  • Computer savvy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • A valid driver's license with no demerit points.
