MAINTENANCE LEAD

ROLE OVERVIEW

A Maintenance Lead is responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring the resort’s buildings, facilities, equipment, and essential services are safe, functional, and well maintained.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and monitor daily maintenance tasks.
• Respond to breakdowns, faults and urgent maintenance issues and resolved promptly
• Ensure resort equipment and machinery are maintained and operational.
• Comply with workplace health and safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Monitor maintenance tools, spare parts and materials when stock needs replenishment.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, service records and reports.
• Ensure regular service and inspections of buildings, machinery, Plumbing, Air conditioning and other facilities.

 ROLE REQUIREMENTS      

• Trade qualifications in Mechanical, Plumbing, Refrigeration or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance role
• Previous experience leading or supervising a maintenance team
• Experience in coordinating contractors and external service providers
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
