Skills and qualifications required are:

  • Have at least a Tradesman’s Class I, II, III certificates or equivalent,
    from a reputable technical institute.
  • Have at least 5 years' experience on the role.
  • Be able to supervise maintenance crew daily.
  • Be able to work closely with the construction & operational team to
    deliver on the different facets of the project scope.
  • Have knowledge of construction materials in various facets: Carpentry,
    electrical, mechanical, plumbing, utility services etc.
  • Be able to work flexible hours – required to work shifts, weekends and
    public holidays.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be a hands-on person and be able to multitask.
  • Abide to OHS policies, PPE requirement, etc, while on the job.
