Carpenters Motors - Parts Sales Executive

Carpenters Motors, a division of Carpenters Fiji Pte Limited and a recognized leader in the Motoring Industry in Fiji,  is seeking applications for the Parts Sales Executive position to be based at Carpenters Motors - Parts Department, Suva. Key Duties:

• All incoming phone calls are answered in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner.
• Procedures that enable orders and customers backorders to be correctly and promptly placed on our suppliers are followed.
• Alternative options are provided for customers when 1st choice parts are unavailable.
• Customers arriving at the front counter areas are greeted in manner.
• Keep abreast of improvements and changes of our product lines.

Requirements:  

• Form 6 pass.
• 1-3 years of work experience in similar role
• Valid Group 2 Driving License.
• Parts sales knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Verbal and written communication skils.
