We are seeking a talented, passionate, and driven Cluster Reservations Agent to support our team and to deliver world-class experience.

Reporting directly to  Cluster Reservations Manager, as a Cluster Reservations Agent your duties will include but not limited to the following:

• Manage reservation enquiries through telephone, email, and online channels.
• Accurately process bookings, amendments, and cancellations.
• Provide guests with clear information about rooms, rates, packages, and hotel facilities.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and maximize revenue across the three properties.
• Maintain accurate guest and reservation information in the hotel system.
• Work closely with the Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and other hotel teams.
• Deliver professional and personalized service in line with IHG standards.

What we need from you

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and friendly individual who is willing to learn and build an extraordinary career within a global company. The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in reservations, front office, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Confidence in handling guest enquiries and resolving concerns.
• Good computer skills and the ability to learn hotel reservation systems.
• A positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
