Senior Consultant - People and Inclusion

Job Description

·       This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, a proactive and solutions-oriented approach, and the ability to influence positive outcomes across the business.

·       Reporting to the People & Inclusion Manager, you will play a key role in delivering both operational and strategic P&I initiatives across our core service lines. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·       Providing practical, high-quality HR advice and support to People Leaders in Fiji on P&I policies, practices, and people-related matters.

·       Managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including workforce planning, vacancy management, graduate recruitment programs, university engagement, career fairs, and onboarding processes.

·       Supporting the resolution of complex people matters, including employee relations issues, conflict management, workplace health and safety, and culture and engagement initiatives.

·       Assisting in the delivery of annual performance and remuneration review processes in accordance with KPMG's policies and procedures.

·       Coaching and supporting junior members of the P&I team to ensure the consistent and effective delivery of services.

·       Contributing to learning and development initiatives and firm-wide projects that promote a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, leadership development, and employee engagement.

Qualifications

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills, and experience should include:

•       A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.

•       At least 3–5 years of HR/ Learning & Development experience, preferably within a professional services environment.

•       Attention to detail, strong business writing and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

•       Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders effectively.

•       Experience in managing recruitment campaigns and supporting change initiatives.

•       Working knowledge of Fiji employment legislation and regulatory requirements.

•       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment and discretion.
