RESORT ENGINEER
Likuri Group—comprising Likuri Island Resort and Robinson Crusoe Island Tours—is seeking an experienced and motivated Resort Engineer to join our island-based team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for the maintenance and reliability of the resort's mechanical, electrical and utility infrastructure while leading the engineering team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the resort.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience managing an engineering or maintenance team
- Strong hands-on experience with diesel generators and power systems
- Experience operating and maintaining desalination plants
- Sound knowledge of wastewater treatment plants and associated equipment
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to plan preventative maintenance programmes and maintain accurate records
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving and organisational skills
- A proactive approach with a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence
