Assistant Resort Manager
Likuri Group—comprising Likuri Island Resort and Robinson Crusoe Island Tours—is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Resort Manager
to join our island-based team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Resort Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day operation of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while leading and supporting operational departments.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• 3–5 years' supervisory or management experience in a hotel or resort
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping and Food & Beverage operations
• A hands-on approach with a commitment to outstanding guest service
Island accommodation and meals are provided.
