About Us: Fresher Produce Being an essential business in wholesales of produce, frozen and Meats line of product which is imported and distributed in Fiji market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.
• Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to optimise marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
• Monitor and report on sales and marketing performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

1. 4 years maximum in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
2. Proven track record of success in sales and marketing roles, with demonstrated leadership experience.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
