Security Officers

The Palms Denarau/Wailoaloa is seeking a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Security Officers to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our guests, staff, and property. Key Responsibilities

• Patrol resort premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets.
• Monitor entry and exit points and control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns.
• Conduct routine inspections and report any safety hazards or suspicious activities.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain security logs.
• Assist with emergency response procedures, including evacuations and first aid when required.
• Work closely with resort management and local emergency services when necessary.
• Deliver courteous and professional service while maintaining a visible security presence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a security role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Basic first aid certification is an advantage.
• Honest, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
