We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team and play a crucial role in creating a positive experience for our guests. 

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. 
•  Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms.
•   Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient and timely cleaning

  Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years previous supervisory experience in Housekeeping at a 4/5 star hotel​

• Completed Form 6 or higher education.

• Possess excellent customer relations skills

Guest Service Agent

The Palms Denarau is seeking applications from a suitably qualified and experienced person for the Guest Service Agent role to be based at The Palms Denarau Apartment on Denarau Island.

Responsibilities:

• General Operational knowledge of front office and Guest Services
• Sound understanding and experience with Microsoft Office applications and RoomMaster.
• Organizational, planning and s skills with the capacity to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Carry out all reservations duties assigned by the Reservations Manager.
• Relieve the Reservations Manager from Time to Time. 

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications preferably in Hospitality studies 
• Good communication skills both written and oral
• You must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and high attention to details
• Must have pleasant and approachable mannerism while maintaining a professional attitude
• Flexible attitude toward working hours.
