We are seeking for detail-oriented individuals with degree in accounting or business administration to join our growing business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for entering investor data from application forms into the system and ensuring compliance with all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

The role duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:    

  • Conduct AML checks on all new investors, following established procedures, guidelines and checklists

  • Accurately enter investor information from application forms.

  • Assist in maintaining records and documentation related to AML and investor onboarding.

  • Collaborate with the transfer agency team to ensure all onboarding activities are completed accurately and within the required SLA. 

  • Assist with general administrative tasks related to data entry and compliance.

  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.

  • Stay updated on AML regulations and company policies related to investor onboarding.

Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a bank, data entry or administration preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

  • Basic understanding of AML regulations and a willingness to learn.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and able to quickly learn new systems, 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to prioritise tasks.

Referred Experience:

  • 1 year administration experience 

  • Tertiary education 

  • AML/KYC practices and regulation knowledge
