About Us:
Iceman (Fiji) PTE Limited, a subsidiary of the CJ Patel Group, represents world renowned brands like Copeland, Geneglace (France), Bitzer (Germany) and Heatcraft (Australia) and primarily deals with installation, assembling, selling and carrying out maintenance on prefabricated cold rooms, ice plants, display freezers, chillers and refrigerated trucks. We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced Fabrication Technician to be based in Suva and Nadi.
- Prepare and fabricate metal structures and components to assemble frameworks.
- Form, fabricate and assemble commercial HVAC work systems.
- Perform first-line quality checks on finished products.
- Set up fabricating and metalworks machines.
- Conform with company health and safety regulations.
- Complete job reports for work performed.
- Assist the Refrigeration Technician in carrying out refrigeration operations and related maintenance tasks as and when required.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Trade Certificate in Fabrication, Sheet Metals or related discipline.
- At least two years of hands-on work experience in Fabrication, Sheet Metal or Panel works.
- Some knowledge about Refrigeration, Cool room panels and installation will be an add advantage. Ability to handle required tools.
- Flexible in approach to working hours.
- Physically fit to work in industries site.
