About Us:
Iceman (Fiji) PTE Limited, a subsidiary of the CJ Patel Group, represents world renowned brands like Copeland, Geneglace (France), Bitzer (Germany) and Heatcraft (Australia) and primarily deals with installation, assembling, selling and carrying out maintenance on prefabricated cold rooms, ice plants, display freezers, chillers and refrigerated trucks. We are seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced Refrigeration Technician to be based in Suva and Nadi.
- Troubleshooting refrigeration equipment failures
- Repair and installation of cool room refrigeration machines, display units and coolers and all types of air conditioners.
- Work on estimating material requirements and determining plan and requirements for start-up, testing, and servicing HVAC equipment.
- Processing and completing work orders and job sheets.
- Attend to emergency breakdowns and be on-call after for further assignments should there be emergency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Refrigeration and air-condition.
- Proven experience working with commercial refrigeration systems in similar capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible in approach to working hours including on-call.
- Gas license will be an added advantage but not mandatory.
