Graduate Trainee - Landing (Re-advertised)

Purpose of the Role: 

The purpose of the Graduate Trainee - Landing role is to ensure accurate and timely billing and reporting for aeronautical services across 2 international and 13 domestic airports. This includes managing customer queries, verifying movement data, and supporting financial analysis to facilitate informed decision-making. The role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency in airport operations.

Key Accountabilities:

• Accurate Billing and Reporting: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of billing and reporting for aeronautical services across 2 international and 13 domestic airports.
• Customer Query Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer queries related to Airport/Aerodrome Operations promptly and effectively.
• Data Verification: Verify and ensure the accuracy and completeness of movement data before processing and updating billing records.
• Timely Invoice Dispatch: Process and dispatch invoices for Landing, Parking, Extension of Hours, and private jets within specified deadlines.
• Financial Analysis Support: Analyze financial data and trends to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications, Professional Knowledge and Experience:

• Preferably a degree level qualification in Accounting/ Finance.
• 1 year work experience in related field would be an advantage.
