Aspen Medical is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Supply Chain& Logistics OfficerThis position will support the end-to-end supply chain and logistics functions of the hospital by ensuring timely procurement, accurate inventory control, efficient distribution of supplies, and adherence to relevant standards and procedures. The role contributes directly to uninterrupted patient care through the effective management of goods and services across the facility. 

The roles and responsibilities of this position include:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including preparation of purchase orders, supplier follow-ups, and documentation 
  • Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using approved systems 
  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to avoid stockouts 
  • Assist with vendor coordination, including quality checks and resolving supply issues 
  • Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical departments to understand supply needs and usage patterns 
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procurement guidelines, and health standards 
  • Participate in stocktakes, audits, and reconciliation of variances 
  • Coordinate logistics for inter-facility transfers and external deliveries 
  • Prepare reports on supply chain metrics, stock status, and order tracking as required 
  • Participate in the development of a safe and healthy workplace and comply with instructions given in adhering to safe work procedures. 
  • Take reasonable care to ensure own safety and health and that of others and to abide by our duty of care provided for in the OHS policy.  
  • Any other reasonable duties delegated by management.  

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics or supply chain coordination. 
  • Experience in healthcare, FMCG, or institutional logistics is an advantage. 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Proficient in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office. 
  • Physically fit and familiar with safe manual handling practices. 

Desirable: 

  • Experience in a healthcare, manufacturing, or supply chain environment. 
  • Knowledge of procurement and logistics compliance requirements.
