Job Description

Join our Digital Risk & Security Governance team as a Senior Consultant, supporting risk and compliance activities through effective coordination, documentation management, and stakeholder engagement. The role is suited to someone who can manage multiple priorities and drive outcomes within established frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and triage incoming requests, coordinating activities from initiation to completion.
2. Support Technology Risk processes, including maintaining registers, tracking actions, and coordinating reviews and attestations.
3. Coordinate Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Record of Processing Activities (ROPA), and Security Risk Assessments, including documentation, stakeholder engagement, action tracking, and record maintenance.
4. Administer questionnaires and maintain compliant documentation, applying judgement to resolve issues, escalate risks, and drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology risk, security, privacy, compliance, or risk operations.
• 
  Strong organisational, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
• 
  Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across diverse stakeholders.
• 
  Familiarity with workflow tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.
