Responsibilities

General Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.

Trades Tasks: Perform basic tasks in electrical, plumbing, and carpentry to address and prevent issues.

Efficiency and Quality: Complete all work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality.

Maintenance Requests: Respond promptly to maintenance requests from the Operations Manager, ensuring timely resolutions.

Safety Standards: Consistently uphold safety standards and regulations.

Inspection and Reporting: Regularly inspect and report the need for any major maintenance repairs on buildings and equipment.

Equipment Servicing: Organize timely servicing of equipment by coordinating with relevant service providers.

Compliance: Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety regulations and other relevant legislative requirements.
Requirements

Experience: Proven experience in a similar handyman role.

Skills: Broad knowledge and skills across various trades, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.

Independence: Ability to work independently or without supervision.

Communication: Good communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and respond to requests.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Driving License: A valid driving license would be an advantage.
