Quality Control Analyst

Job Description & Skills/Qualifications Required

As our Quality Control Analyst, you’ll be ensuring the quality and safety of our products based in Fiji. By accurately testing laboratory samples and maintaining compliance with cGMP, cGLP, and SOP standards, you’ll help deliver reliable data that supports our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and timely product release.

What you’ll do

  • Conduct analytical testing using Chromatography, Dissolution, Wet Chemistry, Microbiology, and Physical methods.
  • Deliver accurate, timely results for raw materials, bulk, and finished products in line with cGMP and SOP standards.
  • Ensure equipment calibration, documentation accuracy, and compliance with testing procedures.
  • Record, review, and report test data to meet both regulatory and customer expectations.
  • Identify and communicate any deviations, test deficiencies, or out-of-specification results.
  • Support quality and GMP compliance during internal and external audits.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, safety, and data integrity.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance technical and GMP knowledge.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) or equivalent qualification.
  • Well-developed numeracy, literacy, and reasoning abilities.
  • Strong technical skills and hands-on experience in an analytical laboratory environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including accurate. completion of GMP documentation.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and laboratory systems.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
